This document provides the Terms & Conditions under which clients can use the Grammar101 site or contract Grammar101’s services.

Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions – Use of the Grammar101 site constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the Grammar101 Terms & Conditions contained in this document.

Ownership & Copyright of Business Names & Web Site Content:

The Grammar101 site (www.Grammar101.com) and business name is owned and operated by Grammar101 Co., Pt. Ltd. The names Grammar101, www.Grammar101.com, and all materials on this site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. These names and materials cannot be used, copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, printed, or modified without the permission of Grammar101.

Termination of Service and Contractual Obligations – Grammar101 reserves the right to terminate all service or contractual obligations with a client should said client violate any of the Terms & Conditions. Furthermore, Grammar101 can discontinue or terminate operation of this site, services, or its trading name at any time and for any reason.

Refusal or Denial of Service – Grammar101 reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any client or prospective client for any reason.

Content of Submitted or Created Materials:

Grammar101 does not endorse, recommend, or support the content of any documents provided by or for the client. Clients are advised that plagiarism and breach of copyright are serious offenses. Grammar101 assumes no responsibility or liability for the infringement of third party copyright in the content of said documents.

Furthermore, while Grammar101 recognizes the right to free speech, we reserve the right to refuse to proofread/edit or create any document that advocates or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination in contravention of national and international laws. Grammar101 is also not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.

Ownership & Copyright over Submitted or Created Materials – The client retains sole copyright, ownership, and control over all materials submitted to Grammar101 for proofreading/editing or any materials created or developed by Grammar101 for said client.

Services and Rates:

Service descriptions and current rates are posted on Grammar101’s Web site. Rates may change without notice. Grammar101 may apply a rush charge when a client's deadline requires that work be done immediately. Service Quality & Standards – All documents are proofread/edited or created to a high and exacting standard; however, Grammar101 provides no guarantee that a client’s work will be 100 percent error free. Furthermore, Grammar101 is not responsible for delays in service as a result of technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances.

Service Guarantee – Grammar101 provides customers with the best possible quality of service. Should a client be dissatisfied with the proofreading/editing or creation of a document, Grammar101 will refund the client’s payment.

However, the refund is conditional: the client must conclusively demonstrate how Grammar101 failed to meet its service obligations. Staffing – Client agrees not to hire or to contract separately with current or former employees or contractors of Grammar101.

Correctness & Accuracy of Client Information:

The client must provide true and accurate information with respect to his/her name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information will result in the denial of service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, or issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from such false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential.

Financial Fraud or Theft – Grammar101 is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit card or other payment method used to purchase Grammar101’s services.

Modification of Terms & Conditions and the Grammar101 Site – The Terms & Conditions and the Grammar101 site can be modified, amended, altered, changed, reorganized, rewritten, or revoked at any time and for any reason.
