Grammar101 respects privileged information and takes confidentiality very seriously. We understand how important it is when our customers entrust us with their intellectual property. Grammar101 values and treats this trust with the respect it deserves – our business depends on it!
Customer Information:
Grammar101 will not disclose to any third party the content of any material submitted by our customers. All of our employees have signed confidentiality agreements guaranteeing they will not disclose these materials.
In addition, ownership of any new intellectual property created through one of our services will automatically reside with the customer.
All submitted documents are deleted from our system after one month (unless a customer specifically requests otherwise).
Other Points:
We do not sell our contact list or in any way distribute your name, your address, your billing information, or anything else. Projects are deleted routinely upon completion.
We scan all files coming in and going out using Norton AntiVirus. Norton AntiVirus is one of the best virus scanners. We keep it up-to-date with the latest upgrade files.
English is not my first language, and I sometimes find it difficult to put words on paper.
