Customer Information:

Grammar101 will not disclose to any third party the content of any material submitted by our customers. All of our employees have signed confidentiality agreements guaranteeing they will not disclose these materials.

In addition, ownership of any new intellectual property created through one of our services will automatically reside with the customer.

All submitted documents are deleted from our system after one month (unless a customer specifically requests otherwise).

Children:

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.

Other Points:

We do not sell our contact list or in any way distribute your name, your address, your billing information, or anything else. Projects are deleted routinely upon completion.
