Track Changes – Microsoft Word 2007
Step 1 :
Open your document using "Microsoft Word"; click on the "Review" tab.


Step 2 :
In this screen shot the "Track Changes" icon is illuminated. Go ahead and disable this feature. If you do not disable this feature all of the changes that you make to your document will be tracked.


Our Step 3 :
"Track Changes" feature has been turned off, you can now use the "Accept", "Previous", "Next", or "Reject" buttons to move from one correction to another.


Step 4 :
Now you can Click "Next" to move to the first proposed correction.


Step 4 a :
Note that the phrase "Promote the general Welfare" is now being reviewed. Click "Accept" and you will be automatically moved to the next correction.


Step 5:
Click "Accept" to insert the reviewed change into your document.

Step 5 a :
This screen shot shows that the phrase has been seamlessly added to your document.


Tips:
To Accept All Changes in your Document without reviewing the suggested changes, click the drop down arrow below "Accept" Click on "Accept All" and Word will accept all suggested changes. Note that you still need to remove the editor comments individually.
