1. How do I calculate the fee for my document/paper? A. Take our price and multiply that price by the number of pages in your document. Our price multiplied by the number of pages equals the total cost. Note that a page is a maximum of 250 words 2. How can I pay for your services? A. We can accept credit cards through the industry’s most secure pay system, Paypal.com. Paypal.com is a free, highly secure way to use your credit card online -- we never see your credit card number, we just get a deposit. 3. Can I request a quote? And how would I do it? A. Yes, you can email your document to support@Grammar101.com. We will take a careful look and give you a customized price. 4. What file formats do you accept? A. We accept major PC file formats for word processing programs and spreadsheets (MS Office, MS Works, Corel WordPerfect, and Adobe PDF, among others). 5. Who have you worked for? A. We've worked for hundreds of individual authors, businesses, and corporations around the globe. We have handled manuscripts, short stories, proposal letters, correspondence, and theses. Both aspiring and professional writers have used our services, and people who speak English as a Second Language find our services to be very useful. 6. What about confidentiality? Are my documents kept private? A. Only Grammar101 employees have access to our Order system, and they are required to sign confidentiality agreements before they work for us. All documents are erased after one month. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. 7. What's your turnaround time? (i.e., How fast can I get my document back?) A. We can provide a 24-hour turnaround time on documents that are 1000 words or less. 8. Do you write academic essays from scratch? A. No. While we are happy to edit your documents, we will not write a document for you. 9. What do these colors mean? A. 10. How do I integrate the corrections you've made in my document? A. We use the “Track Changes” feature. There are two ways
to accept or reject the changes we've made: With this menu, you'll be able to integrate the changes all at once or one by one. NOTE: We often write comments amid the Tracked Changes, so be sure to review the Track Changes first. 11. How can I be sure your editors will do a good job? A. We apply a stringent academic criteria. In addition our proofreaders and editors must have substantial practical experience (please see About us and Testimonial pages). 12. The document I want to send for editing is confidential. How can I be sure that my ideas will remain private? A. We take intellectual property confidentiality very seriously. Our business depends on it, and we want to form an ongoing relationship with you. (Please see our privacy statement.) 13. What will I get for my money? Will I get proofreading or editing? A. Buyers are often confused by other editing/proofreading businesses that offer proofreading at a seemingly low price to secure business and then charge higher fees for editing. Grammar101 charges inclusive and separate rates for proofreading and editing (Please see Cost Page). 14. I’m happy with what I’ve written so far, but I really want my proposal to be very impressive. What can you do for me? A. Grammar101 proofreaders/editors will understand your special requirement and recognize that you are the expert on the subject. They will not want to change the feel and character of your work. The focus will be on ensuring your proposal is letter perfect and successfully communicates your ideas. 15. What e-mail address should I provide when I submit my documents for editing? A. We like our customer to use private addresses because they are more secure and efficient for the service we provide. As a first-time customer, we understand that you might be worried about being spammed.
